GEM Solutions UK Ltd was founded in November 2010, an Electrical contracting and Solar Installation Company, formed on the successful partnership between Gary Williams and Mark Morgan we offer extensive knowledge and experience within the refurbishment sector, in social housing and new development projects.

Specializing in the development of long-term partnering relationships with its clients. We have built an excellent reputation as a service provider in the local social housing sector. With a dedicated team the business is able to provide a full range of electrical works and other key building elements (including kitchens alterations, bathrooms adaption’s, alarms, rewires, solar panel installations and testing and inspection etc) on time and within budget, across the UK.

Our approach and services have been developed in line with our customers’ needs and aspirations. The fundamental rock of our business is the formation of long term genuine and ambitious partnerships with construction businesses and social housing clients. Our business is primarily based around our directly employed management team in addition to locally sourced strategic supply chains.

Our existing team has a successful track record and developed excellent working relationships with local Housing Associations through collaborative working practices and excellent service delivery. This is demonstrated through projects being delivered on time and within budget.

We have a simplistic management structure that ensures effective communication between all parties, reducing duplication and saving on cost. Our approach operates through our Site Supervisor overseeing day-to-day on-site activities and back office providing administration support e.g. monitoring, service, delivery and client satisfaction.

GEM Solutions UK has many goals prior, during and after completion of every project we work on, our primary being customer satisfaction. All our team understands that some projects have to take place in occupied dwellings and to the residents involved, the property is not just a house but there home.
